Morels in Manitoba -  Nature has provided excellent conditions and temperatures. I have never had better picks. They are elusive as usual but I have gathered about 3 1/2 lbs of morels. They should be a few weeks if the night time lows keep up as they a touch low. Precipitation is definitely lacking and have to find high ground.

Temperatures are running under 20 the last few days and sun is very lacking with constant clouds and precipitation. Nights are a little on the cool for the next few days. First picks were on May 28 and have had sparse pickings since. Ground I believe is ideal but fluctuates with the cooler nights.
